1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PageForge platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
3. Services Provided
PageForge provides website creation, hosting, domain registration, and publishing tools. Specific features include:
- AI-assisted website generation
- Visual drag-and-drop page editing
- Domain name search and registration
- One-click publishing to a global CDN
- Free SSL certificates for all published sites
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
Certain features require a paid plan or one-time purchase. All prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency and include any fees unless stated otherwise.
Domain registrations are billed annually. Hosting plans may be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed through our payment partners (e.g., PayPal).
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Domain Registration
Domain names are registered on your behalf through accredited registrars. You are the registrant and owner of any domain registered through the Service.
Domain registrations are subject to the respective registrar's terms and ICANN policies. Renewal reminders will be sent before expiry; failure to renew may result in the loss of the domain.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes third-party rights
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The PageForge name, logo, templates, and platform code are the intellectual property of PageForge and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Hosting plan subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. For other purchases, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact [email protected] for refund inquiries.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
